Where your orders live, what each status means, and the actions on each order.

Everything you buy, subscribe to, or enroll in appears in Orders.

Open your orders

Go to Profile and choose Orders. Filter by All, Subscriptions, Courses, or Prompts.

Order statuses

  • Completed: you have full access.

  • In progress: the creator is working on a service.

  • Subscription Inactive: the subscription has ended or was canceled.

Actions on an order

Depending on the type, you can Chat with Creator, View Order, View Prompt, Download, View Course, or Unsubscribe.
