How creators track orders, read the fee breakdown, and deliver services.

Orders is where creators track purchases, manage deliveries, and stay on top of refunds.

Track your orders

Open Orders to see your total orders and sales. Search by project, buyer, or order ID, and filter by status or date.

Order statuses

  • In progress: deliver the work with Submit work.

  • Completed: no action needed.

  • Refund requested: review it with Resolve refund.

Deliver a service

Choose Submit work, upload your deliverables, and add private instructions or links if there are no files. The buyer reviews and completes the order.

See your earnings for an order

Order details show the payment fee, the ReUp fee, and your net earnings.
